What to Expect

Help little ones build confidence, focus, and body awareness through movement and mindfulness! Little Warriors combines fun, play-based strength and balance exercises with beginner-friendly yoga and calming techniques. Kids will explore movement through games, breathing exercises, and relaxation routines designed to support emotional regulation and healthy habits from an early age. Recommended Class Sizes: 3–4 years old: 12–16 students (with 1–2 teachers) 4–5 years old (Pre-K): 16–20 students (with 1–2 teachers) What We Provide: ✔️ All necessary equipment for movement, yoga, and fitness activities ✔️ Age-appropriate programming designed for preschoolers ✔️ An experienced instructor who leads and engages the children ✔️ Student take-home handouts to reinforce learning and movement at home ✔️ Branded marketing materials for preschools to share with families ✔️ Online waiver link for families to complete before participation What’s Required from Your Preschool: 🟠 A designated space for activities (indoors or outdoors) 🟠 At least one preschool staff member present at all times 🟠 A mat or padded area for students to ensure safety during activities 🟠 Student participation numbers based on class size recommendations
