This class blends strength, endurance, and precision, guiding you through seamless sequences that flow to the music and keep you moving. Expect to fire up your glutes, strengthen your inner and outer thighs, and engage muscles often overlooked in other workouts—making this an excellent cross-training tool for runners, cyclists, yogis, weightlifters, athletes of all kinds, and fitness first-timers looking to build strength and confidence.
